Single Will

£350 + VAT for a simple Will. Complex single Will or Will with large number of gifts/beneficiaries – fee to be discussed at the meeting

Mirror Wills: for husband and wife

£550 + VAT for simple Wills. Complex mirror Wills or Wills with large number of gifts/beneficiaries – fee to be discussed at the meeting.

Single Codicil

£200 + VAT

Will Review incurs same fee as Wills - above

Types of LPA:

£450.00 plus VAT plus Court fee of £82.00

LPAs-one person, both types of LPA OR two people, one type of LPA

£650.00 plus VAT plus two Court fees of £82.00

LPAs -two people, both types of LPA

£1,000.00 plus VAT plus four Court fees of £82.00

Declaration of Trust/Deed of Gift/Transfer of equity

Deed of change of name OR General Power of Attorney

Sever joint tenancy

ESTATE ADMINISTRATION/PROBATE

At the fee earner's hourly rate. Estimate 20 to 30 hours plus disbursements. Our fees usually paid from estate funds.
