Keith Goodhand

Partner

Criminal Department

Keith qualified as a Solicitor in August 1977 and is a founding Partner of Goodhand and Forsyth. Keith gained Higher Rights of Audience in 1996 and regularly undertakes Crown Court hearings including trials and has represented clients on a range of matters including murder. Keith has also successfully appealed a number of sentences.  Keith also undertakes prosecution work on behalf of the Department of Work and Pensions and Local Borough Councils.        

David Forsyth

David qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and founding Partner of Goodhand and Forsyth and has been a qualified Solicitor for over 40 years.

 

David  is able to provide clients with a full service from arrest, up to the conclusion of their matter and he attained his Higher Rights of Audience, which allows him to represent clients in the Crown Court.

Hannah Gardner

Hannah commenced work in July 2014 as Office Junior, where she managed the firms archiving database and helped the firm with day to day administrative tasks. She is now secretary to the Criminal Department.
